I have devoted my life to creating social action through the art of community nourishment, personal brand storytelling, and environmental justice.
Empathy, authenticity, and the willingness to continue to learn and grow have been the driving forces behind my unconventional path.
My journey began first as an activist, then as an author & chef, and now as a creative consultant helping to guide my community along the path of self discovery in order to better amplify their impact both online and offline.
These days, whether I'm touring the world as a speaker, collaborating with brands and creators, or standing up for the causes closest to my heart, I carry within me a deep-seated belief that the key to our collective evolution starts with our personal transformation.
